Information submitted
Customers may submit names, company information, contact information, project descriptions, and uploaded documents. Upload only documents you are authorized to share.
Document handling
Uploaded documents are used for review, quoting, and completing the requested project. Do not upload confidential medical records, legally privileged material, customer-restricted files, or sensitive employee information unless you are authorized to provide it.
Payments
Payments are processed through a secure hosted payment provider such as Stripe Checkout. HardHat Safety Docs does not collect or store credit card numbers on this website.
Form submissions
Quote requests and order details may be processed through Netlify Forms or a similar form handling service so the request can be reviewed and responded to.
No guarantee
Submitting documents does not guarantee customer approval, portal approval, OSHA outcome, legal result, audit result, or acceptance by any third party.
